Responsibilities:

Supervise Workflow: Oversee the workflow of legal and non-legal team members, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and excellence in service delivery.
Department Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the intake, pre-litigation, and litigation departments, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and firm goals.
Efficiency Enhancement: Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline legal operations, identifying and implementing technology solutions for improved efficiency.
Strategic Growth: Work directly with the CEO on strategic growth planning, presenting solutions, managing initiatives, and ensuring the firm hits desired profit margins.
Initiative Implementation: Implement firm-wide initiatives, manage and implement projects, and contribute to the overall vision and growth of the firm.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in legal operations management or related field
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to implement efficient processes and identify technology solutions
Client-centric mindset with a commitment to achieving exceptional results and world class client experience
Familiarity with Employment law
Strong experience in drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal agreements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Legal Operations Manager, Director of Legal Operations or similar role
Strong knowledge of legal operations, technology and process improvement, preferably in the class action employment space
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
Experience with legal technology and software
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies, or related field
